I had such a beautiful session with Paula, and would do it all again in a heartbeat! Right from the beginning of our session Paula made me feel comfortable and reassured me that it was a safe space that I could open up as much as I wanted.

Paula was approachable, friendly and very knowledgeable. She made me feel seen and heard, and encouraged me to vocalise my thoughts, wants and goals moving forward.

I'm so happy to say that by the end of our session, I had achieved everything I set out to achieve by the end of our time together; Paula helped to coax out of me the confidence and empowerment I had 'mislaid' and I'm so happy that we were able to achieve this great result, together!
