Why work with me?
I’m Paula, a Business coach, mentor and confidence builder who is dedicated to helping female coaches and service providers build & grow their businesses in a way that’s Unique to them while always being a source of inspiration, motivation and creativity!
Rewind to 2016 and you would have thought I had the ‘perfect’ life – a family with 2 gorgeous boys, a career spanning almost 20 years as a teacher & leader in schools, ‘the’ salary, holidays, outward lifestyle I’d always worked hard towards but I was falling apart on the inside. A chronic illness developed from burn-out and stress and the parts of my career I loved and which lit me up daily were being replaced with office based mundane work, the opposite of building people up, inspiring & motivating and I found myself at a crossroads, stuck, unfulfilled and not having a clue what to do.
That was until the ‘Law of Attraction’ found me in 2021 and I put out there what I most wanted “I’m opening myself up to a change in career path, where I get to do what I love again which is building people up, mentoring, motivating, being a source of inspirational energy and watching them thrive!" (Yes... seriously word for word!)
A week later, Coaching was put in my path every which way I turned. I knew this was my sign, accepted it and jumped in full first - leaving my career, re-training and going all-in to set up my own business as a Coach.
And here I am, 18 months later, loving every part of my life with a thriving business, doing things MY way (having left Paula the people-pleaser behind) and bringing together my unique experiences, teaching, leadership & coaching skills with the things I’m most passionate about to mentor, coach, teach, motivate and inspire other solopreneurs to build and grow their businesses centred around who they authentically are!
I've now worked with 50+ female business owners to do this too because guiding you to grow your business around The Strategy of YOU is my passion and purpose!
